Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-day returns

You may return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

2. How to start a return

• Email returns@gonofi.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
• We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
• Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns the return postage is at your cost.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the funds.

4. Exchanges

For a different size or colour, simply place a new order and return the original — this is faster than a manual exchange and stops your size from selling out.

5. Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal use within 6 months, we will repair, replace or refund it — your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, caps and beanies that have been worn cannot be returned unless faulty.
